About us
My name is Ignacio Suberbie, I have a degree in International Business (Universidad Católica del Uruguay) and Msc. Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management (Kühne Logistics University).
Beginnings
Throughout my work I have worked in different companies related to logistics. I started my activity in the Latimar company with a focus on port operations and supply.
In this same area, I later developed as a logistics coordinator at Naviport, a Uruguayan company dedicated to the river transport of containers and bulk. This experience allowed me to understand port logistics from multiple perspectives, achieving a deep knowledge of the activity from and to the sea.
2016
En el año 2016 me traslado a Hamburgo, Alemania para estudiar una maestría en logística, mi gran pasión. Luego de 2 años de aprendizajes, presentaciones y practicas laborales en la sede central de Kühne & Nagel, culminé con mi tesis de maestría con una investigación sobre la implementación de un proyecto de producción de hidrógeno en Islandia, en conjunto con la consultora del Puerto de Bremen, Bremenports International. La experiencia me permitió incorporar conocimientos en la gestión de proyectos internacionales.
2018
Upon my return to Uruguay in 2018, I began my teaching activity at the Catholic University of Uruguay, as Professor of the Supply Chain Management subject. That same year I joined AC DHL Uruguay as a regional distribution business developer, highlighting the advantages of Uruguay as a regional logistics HUB.
At that time we managed to implement operations for multinational companies, mainly in the pharmaceutical sector. This experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge in different industries (eg: pharma, electronics, manufacturing, automotive, cross-border e-commerce).
The position additionally implied the optimization of the current operations of multinationals already installed in Uruguay (eg: valuations of multimodal transport, complementary infrastructures, data analytics, etc.).
At the end of these projects, I joined the company Zonamerica as a logistics business developer. This experience allowed me to incorporate deep knowledge in the legislation of Free Zones, in addition to implementing regional distribution businesses for international companies. We mainly work on pharmaceutical, electronic, cannabis industrialization, industrial assemblies and cross-border e-commerce projects.
2021
Finalmente y luego de años incorporando conocimientos en transporte internacional, infraestructuras logísticas y regímenes jurídicos fundo Analytika.
